Wizard of Oz

A modern adaptation of the Wizard of Oz on ice was a huge success. The IceAct team provided stunning choreography with a modern musical twist, supported by a hugely talented cast that brought all the characters to life.

The show which was performed at rinks around the UK was made up of a principle cast of British and European competitors, including, Katie Powell, Matthew Parr and Damjan Ostojic, who then joined chorus casts from the individual rinks. The group numbers were made up of young local skaters from their respective rinks.

The event was seamless, as the cast toured from rink to rink. Each rink had choreographed there own group numbers which were then joined by the IceAct principle cast. Costumes for all skaters and rinks were provided by IceAct.
